Some time ago I wrote a command line file mangle (usual stuff, read a hex file output an srec) using Borland C++ V4.5. It's time to update it to 32 bit Windows

Do you still have the Borland tools?
Doesn't Borland C++ v4.5 support Win32?

Don't Embarcadero (who bought CodeGear, who bought Borland's compiler tools) still do the free version?
