#174935 - Agency != Employer
Responding to: ???'s previous message
Jez Smith said:
I had an interesting call the other day from an agency

Stop right there!

The Agency is not the employer!

Far, far too often, agencies are just doing text-matching on keywords; eg, I get loads of enquiries about UNIX System Administrate roles - simply because my CV mentions that I've used UNIX as a development host environment!

And, of course, the agencies want to justify their comission by saying, "look what super candidates we've found for you!"
