#169028 - Current Limiter Responding to: ???'s previous message |
Steve, I believe the circuit board is already the current limiting circuit, it have a trimpot and runs from 3v... this is another thing makes me certainly it is from a laser pointer.
Also, I need to supply it 3v... can I make 3v from 5v using 3 diodes 1N4007 in series?... if the drop is 0,7v per diode, then would be 2,9v to laser, which is ok. I'm trying to drive the laser using an UNL2803 and 3 diodes in series like I said, but the laser dont ligths up, the voltage measured in the output (with the laser connected) is 1,84v EDIT: I will need to modulate the laser around 100hz~200hz Thanks. |
