Can I have multiple of this circuit, each one connected to each 8051 pin, each mosfet driving a diferent voltage?


(Carga is Load)
(Fonte Externa is external power supply *forgot to write DC)
(Didnt found a better component to be the 8051)

There is a simpler way to achieve this?

What could happen if I connect the IRF640 gate directly to 8051 pin, or with a series resistor?
