The first line of the first paragraph says:
NFPA codes, standards, recommended practices, and guides, of which the document contained herein is one, are developed through a consensus standards development process approved by the American National Standards Institute. If you had made it past the notices and disclaimers, to the first page of the actual "Code", at the end of the very first paragraph it reads: This edition of NFPA 70 was approved as an American National Standard on August 15, 2007. How many pages did you actually look at? |
