Erik Well in the UK it used to be red for Live, yellow and blue for phase lives and Black for neutral. Now its brown for live and blue for neutral, grey and black for phase. So you have to have special warning signs on mixed installations....all in the interests of "safety" since colour blind electricians can't tell the difference between red and black. Of course, what used to happen is we screened for colour blindness, now its "discrimination" to do so. Steve |
