Also, the recommended drive circuit might probably work on the living room desk but hardly in a rough industrial environment. Connecting the sensor cable directly to the inverting input of an operational amplifier without any filtering can result in wild oscillations and instability. Why not making the sensor resistance part of a CMOS555 RC-oscillator and measuring the resulting frequency or period by the help of a 8051? Kai I just read the specs ,I have used other FSRs (not for Industrial purpose) but this looks better than those. What filtering/ Oscillations do you reccomend/suspect kai . Best/ Ap |
