so you need either a derivative with a bguilt-in AD or an externad AD
Eri I forgot to add that. I am aware that I need a AD converter. Hmm .... would I be able to use a 8051? I remember how to program using this simple chip from when I was in class. I was thinking about using PIC chips but figure for such an easy operation I could use a 8051. Any ideas? I work at Anaren Microwave, what I am trying to accomplish is to be able to read the downforce of machine when testing. A cyclinder comes down with a part at the end, the part hit the board and performs RF test. Our test boards seem to be getting crushed quicker than normal, so this is why I wanted to impliment this "meter" |
