Not at all, I know of no "low cost one" that has an, even reasonable, bandwidth. Thus there is no way in Hades that you can "rely on it" because that little nagging problem may be caused by a 10ns pulse that no "low cost one" will ever show. Erik rely on it = a comparision between an old used product and a compromised brand new product , at least its my feelings that your Instrumentation should be of grade1 , dontknow what you mean. I was commenting for a USED CRO in comparison with a new low cost one . I didnot spoke anything regarding the bandwidth stuff , a low cost CRO in itself means a compromise . Certifications for used product vary from country to country and from one selling party to another, whether an individual / or a company? , so you might be wrong I may be right and vice-versa . AP |
