The quantities involved dictate that it should be "made" rather than be bought.

in quantity components are cheaper, why do you not think that is not true for WallWarts.

If you look at the offerings from e.g. Phihong (one of my favarites) I doubt that you can even get close to the price by rolling your own.

If your quantities are above, say, 100,000 go directly to the manufacturer, bypass the distributor.
