Ap,

I had a quick look, and it seems that the chip you had mentioned is a controller which can work upto 35V. What I need is that it should work upto 400V.

I remember TI got some ICs (not upto 400V), but designed for 120Vrms AC mains. Those chips are initially from Unitrode corporation (UCC....)
