long time no hear ? OK I have read through this thread. - You need a switcher with conformance to tough specs / certifications, blah blah. I fully agree with Erik that its stupid to try and make one. - You cannot use a wall wart as the client ( sadists as always! )wants you to make one. Know what ? - just dial up that company who makes the most good wall warts and ask them to supply you the guts ( that is the internals without the casing, plug, pins cable etc )Once you have the "guts", it must not be difficult to get the package done and go for the certification. This idea worked great when we wanted about 1000 nos of 24VDc switchers integrated into our end product. Not sure about your quantity though. If its a few numbers you ARE back to square ONE buddy...;-) Have a nice Sunday. Raghu |
