#146141 - AC Motor Start/Run Cap Sizing |
Hi,
I am wondering if someone could point me in the direction of a site that could help me through this. We are currently using a single phase asynchronous motor in one of our products. I have observed that during startup it can cause problems in nearby electronic devices (starts up other machines around it). We are currently only using a motor run cap with these AC motors. I have very limited knowledge of AC motors, and would like to know if a Motor Start capacitor could possibly fix this issue. Thanks |
