#144537 - Early 8051 variants Responding to: ???'s previous message |
Here is a list i have of mergers etc
http://www.cpushack.com/mergers.html feel free to add. I have Signetics 80C31's (CMOS) from 1983 and 87C51's from 1994, so they kept the name for a long time. Earliest Philips 52 I have is 1988 Earliest Temic I have is 1997 As stated most of AMD's portfolio mirror'd Intels (though they were available in more specs (burn ins etc) They did make a 8753/9761 which I am unsure what is exactly. I would of course be interested in any old microcontroller databooks ya may have laying around for the museum. Thanks |
