According to my AMD 8bit 80C51 embedded processors databook 1990, the offerings were: 80C51/31 80C52T2/80C32T2 87C51/87C52T2 80C521/321/541 80C324 The 521 family had a second DPTR and watchdog The '324 had a port expansion mode I could find out what AMD did with the 8051 stuff off a friend that worked there during that period, but not within that section. |
