I think I need it! I want to use the 51,like the plc.

Yes, make the appropiate hardware and write the appropiate code.
You will be violating the name 'PLC' if you do not make a ladder logic compiler for yout thingy. Yes, I know that you can make a Programmable Logic Controller that does not have a a ladder logic compiler, but it will not be a 'PLC' as that is commonly understood.
