#142402 - SiLabs Responding to: ???'s previous message |
We use SiLabs all the time. The minimum supply voltage is Vrst which is the threshold for the Vdd monitor (a.k.a. BOD). And only once we used a reset IC, and that was because the internal Vdd monitor used too much power. They never cared for drop-in replacement and use active-low reset only. |
