Too little ESR and it goes unstable.
Too much ESR and it doesn't regulate. Tricky, eh? Dear copycats, I am not 'after you' I am just showing that "i can design xxx" does not mean you can make it work RIGHT. Just think how many 'switching power supply designers' will even consider that the Cgd can give partial punch through in the MOSFET at the output. Erik |
