Dear Craig, it's definitely several times a day, that the website is blocked or performing extremely slowly, at least here in Germany. Sometimes your website even opens showing an error message, telling that "there's too many from some thing in the header". Sorry, cannot remember better. Whenever your website is blocked I check with other websites, like Jez mentioned, to see whether the problem is anywhere else, but then it's only your website that is blocked or performing slowly.
