Although... There is a gameboy (Z80) emulator for PalmOS (68k). There is a 68k (old Palm platform) emulator on ARM on the new PALMs. I have reported here of an 8080 emulator on AVR. 6502 (BBC micro) is emulated on ARMs (Archimedes and RiscOS). One of my colleagues wrote a certain 16-bit microcontroller emulator on a 32-bit RISC. There is a lot of emulation on PC (x86) - so, why couldn't anybody write a x86 emulator on 4004... :-) JW |
