Finally I've found a pair of HV IGBT n & p channel to drives the H-bridge that I've wanted to replace the ferrite transformer!
N IGBT IXGH 25n100 and P IGBT IXTH 10p60.. Must be careful to test them for the duty cycles, fiuuhh I hope it'll done by Jan2007.. A brand new year!!! ^_^ |
