First, you need to note that a 220V bulb is intended to be used with 220 Vrms, or 311 V 0-p (622 V p-p).
Second, you need to look up more than just the voltage and turns ratio of transformer theory. Specifically, look up current ratio and VA rating. Finally, you need to recognize that this is a forum about 8051/8052 ยต-controllers, not about ac theory.
