If the output of amplifier is 50/60Hz U will never get proper
output with Ferrite Txr. The amplifier output is reqd PWM at 100Khz and in secondary side some filter for HF so as to get 50/60 Hz output. Secondly U have to see Txr is properly wound with proper gauge wires. LVs should be suitable for 15Amps and HV for abt 1Amp. If wires are thin U get voltage drop. Formula for enamel wire is to get 7Amp/sq.mm of wire. U just GOOGLE for AWG or SWG wire dia/area table. |
