Weldable primer? This is the first time that I hear this expression. I’m not a paint professional. We had a meeting and they told us what they want. They explained the theory and we do the electronic and computer job. I have no idea about weldable primer. I only know they research on very thin layers in matter of micro meter and I saw lots of posters about nanotechnology when I visited their office so I presume they are involved in some kind of nanotechnology. That is as much as I know.
About LPF in non inverting input, well that has been done but the problem is much deeper than this. It is about loop stability
