Thanks, Adding Opamp can exacerbate the problem due to increase in phase shift, so I reduced opamps as much as I could.I'm free to choose any opamp with any slew rate, slew rate of opamps in feedback path are high enough to cope with error amp demand. the project is a laboratory instrument used in testing charactristics of thin layers.
