I had to go though someones hidiously complicated bit of code trying to find a bug in it and it was only when i had rewritten it,doing some logic reductions, applying a bit of thought and rewritting it as an algorithm that I found the bug, a SPI module was dropping out of master mode because !ss was set as an input and was being pulled low.I would have found the problem eventualy I suppose.It was the usual case of it working most of the time but when the floating !SS pin went low in a noisy enviroment it went tits up. |
