get yourself a hardware design designed by some outside guy,and make sure that he is going to keep supporting it get yourself some software people who dont have much clue what they are doing,they dont have to know what they are doing because the outside guy does most of the work,you can sell the hardware as your own design and as long as you never hire anyone who actualy knows what they are doing and you make sure nobody in the sales group talks to anybody in the engineering group Bob's your uncle and Fanny's your aunt.
The secret is to make it as hard as possible for any one person in the company to know what anyone else actualy does. |
