I do exactly what you wish to do: the Keil IDE for development and compiling, and I use the SiLabs IDE for programming the parts and debug.
me too, said the dog I get a bunch of applications including an IDE but I don't see a separate ICE. I would dearly love to use my Keil IDE and the SILabs software only for the ICE and not the whole IDE... My bad, I use the SILabs stuff the same way as Andy and thus, since that is the only part of the "flight of fancy" I use, I refer to it as an ICE. BTW If you use anythibg below rel 2.72 there will be some watch problems, download from the web, ignore what is on the CD. Erik |
