#114854 - Reverse engineering
Responding to: ???'s previous message

Reverse engineering is not a starting project!

Even given the full source code (which you will certainly not get by disassembling), trying to modify somebody else's code is not a trivial exercise!

It needs an experienced programmer to understand the existing code before you can even start to think about changing it!

Most likely you will also need a thorough understanding of the processor, the rest of the hardware, and the protocols involved...

Definitely not a beginner's project, I'm afraid.
