I don't know for the keyboard, but the protoboard - it seems a pretty standard 2sided PCB, so you can just design one and have it made...
Do you need the edge connector gold plated? Do you need the edge connector (it's 3.96mm pitch isn't it?) at all? What sort of cost do you expect for it?
