To add your page into the User Pages list:
- rename your index file to index.phtml
- click on "My Home Page" in the left bar (over the Logoff button - anybody notices such thing?) - and enter a description under the Publish tag.

Apparently designed to be cumbersome to deter other but the most determined to add their pages to the list.

I'm kind of surprised the Moderator doesn't know the trick... :-)
