Education tells me about basic mental capability.
It is sad, but, at least in the US, the lack of education often does not tell about lack of "mental capability" but parents lack of finances at that crucial time. Maybe in the UK anyone can go to the university for free and the government feeds them for that time, if so, my comment do not apply there. Erik |
