#111703 - re grades Responding to: ???'s previous message |
I once applied to do something I had verifiabvly done 3 times before with great success, but when replying to "where educated" I answered "Denmark" the interview was over.
Were I in charge of Cessna ebgineering and someone I could verify had dome the same system for the Piper applied, I would not even ask about his/her education. I have had the "pleasure" of inyetviewing/working with recent Phd graduates, and, in all cases, I would rather work with a techical school graduate with 25 years of experience. Erik |
