Russ It seems like you're playing around with stuff that you have little understanding of and that might actually be dangerous. Maybe you should engage the services of someone more skilled.

We all are playing arround with things we do have little understanding of and this every day, aren't we? at least those of us that are married do :) as to the "procedure is also called learning" I see nothing negative in Russ post, you can learn a lot from "someone more skilled" If Kaz has been thrown to the wolves by his boss ("fix this"), then he is, indeed learning on the job and shou;ld consider going to his boss with Russ advice.
