#108373 - Interviewing Responding to: ???'s previous message |
Erik Malund said:
My purpose with a test (I give the test as a "conversation over a piece of paper") is simply to determine if the applicant has knowledge of engineering That is the key both from the point of view of the interviewer and the interviewee. This test should not be given by HR let alone marked by them. I would personally be quite suspicious about any company that does not invest the time in asking these questions face to face, engineer to engineer. Ian |
