#108372 - Bullshit filter Responding to: ???'s previous message |
I've given software tests which are casual. I provide candidates with a printout of a short function with 3 deliberate errors - 1 easy, 1 medium and 1 hard. I ask the candidates to talk though the code and the most important thing I am looking for is understanding and a match with the CV. There are people out there who can talk the talk but can't actually do anything useful. I don't employ them. |
