#103402 - Reversal... Responding to: ???'s previous message |
Hi,
Do do so at all. This totally eliminates the isolation provided by the transformer. Here in india Atleast in my state, the connection from energy meter to the pole i'snt marked to be a neutral or Line and when a fault is repaired by the electricians , i saw it happenning that they reversed the neutral and the line. this way you neutral becomes the Line and you will get shocked as neutral becomes the line now and is connected to your chasis. its always good practice to put a SPDT switch instead of SPST switch for mains switch.
