I downloaded the latest version of the software before I started, but the documentation that comes with the software is not the latest version... Looking through the many documents on the Atmel site, I found this: http://www.atmel.com/Images/doc3310.pdf Why don't they update the documentation they supply with the software, when they do update the software?
