#187686 - Silabs F328 ? Responding to: ???'s previous message |

Err, the Silabs systems all need a second chip, as the USB/Debug link interface.
WHAT CHIP? the toolsticks stick right into the USB port, the devboards come with a dongle. The toolstick I have in my hand, has a Silabs F328 on the USB to Edge connector PCB labeled TOOLSTICK, and that connects to the second chip, the DUT, which is on a second PCB with the edge connector. Here, that second PCB is a "Toolstick 582 DC". I'm not sure what part of "2 chip solution" you are finding hard to follow ? |
