To answer the actual question in your post title, I would suggest that you contact your Compiler vendor. They may well have their own training classes, or should be able to suggest 3rd-party training providers.

Your local Distributor may, similarly, be able to help...

I include a few training providers here - not sure if they do anything 8051-specific, though?
