So we now know that the OP thinks he have seen movements on an output pin from the processor. Just random movements - no information if the movements seems to relate to timings and dequences matching any datasheet.

Basically, the conclusion must be that a bare minimum of debuging has been done. That is a very slow way to solve a problem. It's much faster to check exactly what did happen on the pin and compare with the datasheet. Way faster.
