I wrote coad for working of 2nd,3rd and 4th push button
but here is no logic for 1 push button.

"I wrote", "there is"

sounds like "I downloaded something that miss the code for the first button"

anyhow,

show your? indented and commented code using pre and /pre for the buttons "there is code for" and ask specific questions, not your "program descriptions" seen before.

e.g. "here is my? code, button 1 is connected to p2.5 with a pullup of 10k, button 2 ..."

you should have realized by now that
1-- select segment
2-- increament digites
3-- decreament digites
4-- reset
does not get you any answers
