I'll admit I found those listed on the Atmel web site. I did not check into availability at that time.

For sure you can buy them!! It is just not so likely that you can take delivery any time soon.

They show listed at www.mouser.com purchasable in reel quantities only with projected lead time of 16 weeks.

In the mean time Atmel's site claims you can order samples directly from Atmel. Maybe that can get you a couple of parts to use while you wait out the 16 weeks.
