Hi,

It depends how frequently one requires those constants. If one accesses the constants very often, you have to sacrifice the advantage of Harvard architecure that it has a separate code and data address spaces and access them simultaneously. If requirement permits to sacrifice speed for IAP storage, seems good choice.
