#182004 - Opto Responding to: ???'s previous message |
Hello again Michael.
I think I got it!. About the optos, I already seen several MIDI interfacing circuits around the internet also I have built some, the 6N138 opto-coupler is VERY used in this kind of interface and was largely used for some SoundBlaster sound cards which were not directly MIDI compatible with other devices, so an interface were necessary. This interface should work well even if the sound card MIDI output were directly compatible. I think I will not have a problem chaining two of these optos. I will do some tests. Thank you very much. |
