rst high BEFORE power is applied.
HOW? excuse me, my mistake (I was thinking of my Dallas loader) my apologies to the OP. Back to the Rx2 board (the one I have) My board does not use RTS or DTR signals, only a jumper on PSEN to GND. IF the jumper is installed after the board is powered up, it fails to enter programming mode every single time. If the PSEN is low before power is applied (jumper installed), it works every time! I used to have a dev board that used RTS and DTR signals which I disabled because I simply got sick and tired of pulling my hair out every time I wanted to program the device!! |
