#179132 - Problem related to programing AT89c51RE2 |
For our on-going project in R&D we have chosen AT89c51re2 because of features like 2 UARTS, more amt of on-chip XRAM etc...
After procurring this IC, we are unable to program the IC. We are following the steps given as per in the datasheet. 1. pin EA is tied to Vcc. 2. While chip is in RESET condition, we are making PSEN low. 3. then RESET is removed. 4. after a second PSEN is made open. For programming we are using FLIP 3.3.1 (with JRE) (Note: I am able to program AT89c51rc2 using FLIP (2.4.0 & 3.3.1 also) (Note: Previously I was using P89c669(Programed using FM), but it has less ram) Any suggestion is a welcome Regards, Mahesh |
