I think now we talking miss topic. To Interface 2level Voltage if speed of
signel change not too fast you can configue GPIO as Open Drain and use external pullup to 5V. but if the signal change fast I ever config GPIO as Push-Pull and also pullup to 5V. the GPIO has diode protection ifself. Another way is use BUS Tranciever 74HC245 to be level transfer. |
