thanks for the code part it will take me some time to understand as my software part is not so good the code presented was developed with my one of my friend's help who did major of the work but now a days the relation is not so good ,so i am maintaiing/modifying it from last several months . About the schottky i am again refering another image please see and explain

which one is coorrect case 1 or case2
and the possible way of working as the low over voltage term is not clear enough
