First of all, be specific about what, exactly, you mean by "enter." Do you mean "execute the ISR"?

Secondly, perhaps you can explain what you mean by "sometimes." Do you mean it is only possible some of the time? Does that tell you anything? What conclusion would you reach from such behavior?
